First, the customer service is a small, but a very personal experience. Second, we love these chairs. Price is above the box stores, but it makes all the difference. These chairs are 100% teakwood and a bit heavy, that’s a good thing. We had to order chairs separate from ottoman due to back order, but it was late in the summer season. We were looking for a pair of chaise loungers, but these caught our attention as they double as chairs or chaise when paired with the ottoman. We also applied the instructed two coats of teak oil as these sit outside and uncovered next to our pool.
