Please email to info@cambridge-casual.com by mentioning your order number and attach necessary images for return & replacement parts requests.

For items purchased directly from cambridge-casual.com, you may return within 30 days from the order date and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back, unless the order was fulfilled incorrectly by us.

To qualify a refund:

• Items must be returned in their original shipping box along with any accessories & manuals, and must be in resalable condition.
• A copy of your purchase receipt must be included.
• You are responsible for return shipping fee - unless the order was fulfilled incorrectly by Cambridge Casual.
• We must receive the items at our warehouse within 30 days of the original delivery date.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders will be processed within hours during business days. Hence any order cancellation request will not be confirmed immediately. Cancellation will be processed and coordinated with the shipping department. If the package already shipped out, customer will be charged for reroute cost to ship the package back to our warehouse.
