WHY TEAK?
Teak is a dense hardwood that does not need to be finished to last a long time due to its rich natural oils.
Teak is naturally water resistant, it can withstand the effects of rain, snow and sun. Even when left to weather naturally, the strength and integrity of teak wood will last for decades.
Teaks natural oils repel insects, pests & bacteria. Teak will not mold, mildew or become termite infested.
Teak can be more expensive than other materials but considering how much longer it last compared to aluminum, wicker and other woods Teak is by far the better investment.
Teak is very low maintenance, soapy water and a soft brush is all you need to remove dirt and surface stains. No matter how old Teak is, it can be easily cleaned and oiled back to it’s natural golden color.
Teak regulates its own temperature, unlike metal and other woods it stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
