Fall in Deals Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period
   The Fall in Deals promotion begins on August 14, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. CST and ends on August 24, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CST. Orders must be placed and successfully completed during the promotion period to qualify.
2. Where the Promotion Applies
   This promotion is valid exclusively for purchases made through www.cambridge-casual.com and is available to customers residing in the 48 contiguous United States. The promotion is void where prohibited by law.
3. Qualifying Purchase Amount
   The minimum purchase requirement is based on the eligible items subtotal in a single order before discounts, taxes, shipping, handling, or other applicable fees. Multiple orders may not be combined to meet the minimum purchase requirement.
   Customers must create or log in to their Cambridge Casual account before checkout. No promotional code is required. The applicable discount will be applied automatically at checkout to eligible items.
   
4. Promotional Discount and Complimentary Gift
   4.1 Purchase of $1,000–$2,999
   Customers who spend at least $1,000 but less than $3,000 on eligible full-price items in a single order will receive 15% OFF eligible items.
   If the eligible item subtotal remains at least $1,000 after the discount is applied and before taxes, shipping, handling, or other applicable fees, the order will also receive one complimentary Teak Marble Coaster.
   4.2 Purchase of $3,000 or More
   Customers who spend $3,000 or more on eligible full-price items in a single order will receive 20% OFF eligible items.
   If the eligible item subtotal remains at least $3,000 after the discount is applied and before taxes, shipping, handling, or other applicable fees, the order will also receive one complimentary Teak Chopboard (worth $149).
   4.3. Complimentary Gift Terms
   Only one complimentary gift will be provided per qualifying order, regardless of purchase amount. The gift has no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash or store credit. If the applicable complimentary gift is unavailable, Cambridge Casual reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value.
   
5. Combining Offers
   This promotion cannot be combined with any other coupon, promotional code, discount, gift offer, or promotion. The promotional discount applies to eligible full-price items only.
6. Free Shipping
   Free shipping is available on all qualifying purchases shipped to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
7. Returns and Refunds
   All purchases are subject to the Cambridge Casual Return Policy.
   If an order that included a complimentary gift is returned, Cambridge Casual may require the gift to be returned in its original condition. If the gift is not returned, its stated retail value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
   
8. Previous and Existing Orders
   This promotion cannot be applied to previous purchases or to orders that are pending, partially fulfilled, or already in progress. Retroactive discounts, complimentary gifts, vouchers, or price adjustments will not be provided.
   
9. Product Availability
   Only eligible items available for purchase at the time the order is placed qualify for this promotion. Out-of-stock, discontinued, canceled, or otherwise unavailable items do not count toward the minimum purchase requirement.
   
10. Promotion Administration
    Cambridge Casual reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any order, customer, complimentary gift, or discount voucher associated with this promotion.
    Cambridge Casual also reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel this promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time when reasonably necessary, including due to inventory limitations, technical errors, fraud, misuse, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
