Order Fulfilment

Once payment process is completed, you will receive email confirmation for the order details.

We process orders within hours during business days and will be picked up in the next 1-2 business days. Package will be scanned on the truck and by system, when an order is fulfilled, the tracking number will automatically be sent directly to your registered e-mail.

Orders of multiple products may be shipped separately and could reach you in multiple deliveries.

 

Expected Arrival

Small parcel will be shipped via UPS Ground service, while Larger ones will be using LTL Freight service. Your order will reach you in estimated 5-14 business days - depends on location and small / large parcel. 

Expedited and White Glove service are unavailable for now.

 

Orders' Coverage

At the moment, we are only shipping to 48 contiguous United States.

While Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and Canada are temporary unavailable.

 

WARRANTY & REPLACEMENT 

We provide one year manufacturer limited warranty against manufacturer defects and structural flaws, against peeling or blistering of finish applied to wooden frames and against tearing or fading for the cushion and its cover.

If a component is determined to be defective, within the terms of the warranty, we will furnish a replacement component at no cost.

This warranty applies under conditions of normal use and for residential purpose, but does not apply to defects or damage that result from intentional or accidental act, or for any commercial and unreasonable use.

Complete and detail product warranty can be found in every boxes of our products, placed along with the assembly guidance.
