  1. Trade Pricing is available only through the approved Cambridge Hospitality account using the registered email address for purchases made on www.cambridge-casual.com
    1. Trade accounts are intended for business use only.
    2. Cambridge Hospitality reserves the right to approve or decline Trade Account applications.
    3. Trade benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the approved business entity.
    4. Each business entity is limited to one active Trade Account.
    5. Trade pricing is available only when purchases are made under the approved Trade Account using the registered email address.
    6. Trade pricing excludes taxes, shipping, and installation, and other project-related service charges unless otherwise stated.
  2. Trade pricing may not be combined with promotional offers, coupon codes, or any other pricing programs unless expressly stated by Cambridge Hospitality.
  3. Trade pricing cannot be applied to previous orders, pending orders, partially fulfilled orders, or orders already in progress.
  4. The Cambridge Hospitality Trade Program is currently available to businesses located within the contiguous United States and is void where prohibited by law.
  5. Cambridge Hospitality reserves the right to revise pricing, rebate percentages, or eligibility requirements without prior notice.
  6. Rebate Program Terms
    1. Your rebate is calculated based on your total purchases from the previous calendar year.
    2. The following transactions are excluded from rebate calculations: cancelled orders, returned products, refunded purchases, and exchanged orders.
    3. Cambridge Hospitality reserves the right to verify purchase history before finalizing rebates.
  7. Eligible rebates will be issued in the form of a Cambridge Hospitality Gift Card.
    1. Gift cards will be issued 30 days following rebate qualification.
    2. Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
    3. Gift Cards may be applied across multiple orders. No minimum purchase is required unless otherwise stated.
    4. Cambridge Hospitality is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.
    5. Gift Cards expire twelve (12) months from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
    6. A completed W-9 from the Trade Account is required before gift cards can be issued.
