We absolutely love our new teak deck box! It is beautifully crafted and adds such a stylish touch to our outdoor space. The size is perfect—spacious enough to store everything we need without taking up too much room. One of our favorite features is the soft-close lid, which makes opening and closing it smooth and effortless. The quality and durability of the teak are outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

Look great at first but look terrible after several months

Buyers beware. These chairs are made low quality teak with some kind of stain applied to make the wood look good when they are new. After being outdoors in normal Midwest weather for less than a year, they look terrible. I have had teak furniture in the past that have aged with a beautiful gray patina. Portions of the stain or brown finish that was applied at the factory flakes off after several months leaving a splotchy finish. Customer service at Cambridge was dismissive and told me i should just sand them down if I don't like the way they look now. Maybe the quality and finish of earlier chairs was better, but the ones I bought recently are very disappointing. I would not buy them again.

Some of our customers actually prefer the weathered look, while others opt to maintain its original honey-gold hue with a little care. You can clean, sand, and oil the wood to restore its original color, or if you prefer, a simple cleaning with soap, water, and a brush will bring out the beautiful silver patina. Great packaging.

Received delivery at 2:50pm. Set-up complete and packaging staged for recycle at 3:15pm (I took my time - had a cup of tea 🙂). The packaging was well thought out and organized. Instructions, in both video and print, were easy to follow. The table top and legs were well packaged and there was no damage. The assembled product was “solid as a rock”. This is a quality product. I’ll be ordering additional side tables to complement!

Just what we wanted

The rocking chairs and table we bought are very well built, easy to assemble, priced fairly and overall we are very satisfied. The only problem we encountered was the assembly stickers. The stickers were made in such a way that removing took almost as much time as assembly and even after removing a sticky residue remained. Please change to an easily removable sticker.

Regarding your Richmond Teak Wood Outdoor Chaise Lounge, is the entire area under the cushions solid teak? Same construction as seen in raised back picture #10 of 14? Do you have a picture of lounge without cushions, so I can see how frame is made?

Does water go through the top of the 48" storage box when the lid is closed? Are things that are stored in the box subject to getting wet from rain if the lid is closed? If items are not subject to rain with the top closed, I will want to buy this.

If you're looking for a completely waterproof solution, we recommend adding a patio cover or protective cover to help keep the contents dry.
