Order Fulfilment

Once payment process is completed, you will receive email confirmation for the order details.

Please allow us 24 - 48 hours (or up to 72 hours for weekend order) to prepare and process your order.

Email of delivery confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you upon order is picked up from our facility.

Orders of multiple products may be shipped separately and could reach you in multiple deliveries.


Expected Arrival

Small parcel will be shipped via UPS Ground service, while Larger ones will be using LTL Freight service and they will usually arrive within 2-9 business days.

Expedited and White Glove service are unavailable for now.


Orders' Coverage

At the moment, we are only shipping to 48 contiguous United States.

While Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and Canada are temporary unavailable.



We provide one year manufacturer limited warranty against manufacturer defects and structural flaws, against peeling or blistering of finish applied to wooden frames and against tearing or fading for the cushion and its cover.

If a component is determined to be defective, within the terms of the warranty, we will furnish a replacement component at no cost.

This warranty applies under conditions of normal use and for residential purpose, but does not apply to defects or damage that result from intentional or accidental act, or for any commercial and unreasonable use.

Complete and detail product warranty can be found in every boxes of our products, placed along with the assembly guidance.



Please email  to by mentioning your order number and attach necessary images for return & replacement parts requests.

For items purchased directly from, you may return within 30 days of the order date and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back, unless the order was fulfilled incorrectly by us. 

How do you qualify for a refund ?

Items must be returned in their original shipping box along with any accessories, hardware and manuals.

We must receive the items at our warehouse within 30 days of the original delivery  date  and the returned goods will be checked by our warehouse for its completeness and received in resalable condition.
