For new items purchased directly from cambridge-casual.com, you may return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the product.

To qualify for a refund :

• Items must be returned in their original shipping box along with any accessories & manuals and must be in a resalable condition.
• A copy of your purchase receipt must be included.
• You are responsible for return shipping - unless the order was fulfilled incorrectly by Cambridge Casual.
• We must receive the items at our warehouse within 30 days of the original delivery date.
